By using this service, you as a Business Owner (who has subscribed to ) and you as an individual consumer (who uses the service to secure a place in queues at various business locations) acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy policy which can be found on this page and which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms of service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (whether personally or on behalf of an organization) and us. If you disagree with any of our Terms of service and/or Privacy policy, then you are expressly prohibited from using our service and you must discontinue its use immediately.

Any references to Law OR Local Law means the law of the land (the highest administrative unit or judicial authority) where the your business is registered and operates from a physical location within that land.

Changes to the Terms of service: We can update the terms of service from time to time. All changes thereafter will be made available on this website, which is why we encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to this terms of service. Changes hereto will not prejudice your rights without your consent. We will inform you of any material changes by sending an email or other such applicable way.

As a Business owner | Read as Individual consumer

About the service: For a Business owner like you, is available in form of a web-service. The first step to use the service is to register or create an account on our website by filling up a registration form. After your account is activated, you must follow a few simple steps to configure it and add all the relevant queues available at your business premises (e.g., Tech support, Billing issue). It takes less than 10 minutes to register, activate and configure your account. will allow your customers to secure a place in the queues available at your premises (e.g. Tech support or Billing issue) using their mobile phone, laptop or other digital touch points. They will receive regular updates about queue's progress and should use this information to reach your business premises when its their turn to be served by your staff. In order to manage the customer flow, your staff is required to login to the web-service using their computer's web-browser.

Terms of service


This is an agreement between the Company and You (an organization or a business that uses this service to manage Customer Flow and Feedback), and is therefore, a customer of the company and a user of this service. If you choose not to adree with any of the terms of this agreement, you may not use the service.

  • The first 30 days of the service is provided FREE as an evaluation during which you can opt to quit the service at any time.
  • For any usage of the service after the trial period is over, you are liable to make payments towards its usage to the company.
  • We do not collect any payment information (like Credit card or PayPal or similar) from you during the registration process.
  • Any information in context of making payments towards the usage of the service will be collected only towards the end of your trial period.
  • We reserve the right to suspend your account if no payment details are provided by you towards the end of your trial period.
  • The trial period of your account starts only after your account has been created, verfied and activated by the "Activation process".
  • After trial period is over:
    • An invoice will be generated in the first or last week of every month.
    • The payment towards the invoice must be processed no later than two weeks of issue.
    • If a credit card information is found, the invoice will be processed automatically using that information (within 2 weeks of issue).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account if no payment is received against any generated invoice within 4 weeks of issue.
  • You can upgrade and downgrade your account between any of the available Basic, Standard, Premium, plans at any time.
  • In situations when you downgrade from a paid plan to a FREE plan, you are still liable to make payments towards all the unpaid invoices and OR usage fees for the duration you were using the paid services.
  • Any changes (downgrade or upgrade) to (or from) the Enterprise plan have to be agreed beforehand.
  • Once your account has been activated OR you have decided to use the service for your Customer Flow Management & Feedback, it becomes solely your responsibility to let your customers know about this service and the ways they can use it to be a part of the queues available at your premises. Our team can provide, from time to time, limited and relevant materials needed for publicity and marketing, not all of which will be FREE.
  • We cannot be held responsible or liable:
    • For situations when a customer joins a queue using the service and does not arrive to your premises well in time.
    • For situations which cause your customer to not receive any notifications because of lack of battery, limited or no internet connection on their mobile phones or any situation that generates outside the control of our PUSH or SMS notification systems.
  • During registration, we collect email, phone number of the business premises or the person-in-charge at your business, together with the physical address of your business. When creating an account for your staff, we collect their email and phone number. This information is kept secure and is not shared with any third party, unless, it is required by law to do so.

Privacy policy


This policy applies solely to the information collected by this website in order to provide a seamless service to its customers and users. As a representative of a business OR an organization, we ask you to provide (or we collect) the following information during the registration of an account:
  • Username
  • Business name: Name of the business OR organization premises
  • Business address: Visiting address of business OR organization premises
  • Business email: Email address of the business premises OR person-in-charge at the business premises
  • Business phone: Contact number of the business premises OR person-in-charge at the business premises
As a personnel OR staff using this service on behalf of the business OR organization (that uses this service), we ask you (or the business) to provide the follwing information (on your behalf):
  • Username
  • Personnel's phone number
  • Personnel's email address

All of this information is stored securely in our system and is not shared with any third party or organization, unless it is required to do so by the law. All of this data is used from time to time for various purposes OR activities needed to keep the service available seamlessly for your business or organization. For example, the Username is used for accessing our services in combination with a password of your choice. The Business name, address is used for generating an invoice for the services we provide for your business. The Business address of your business is also used to find the actual location on the globe (in a latitude, longitude pair), which in turn is stored and used when your customers query for nearby locations that are powered by . The Business address is also visible to your customers who use our system to secure a place in the queue at your premises and they can use this information to find your exact location and any navigation information if applicable. The Business OR personnel email, phone number are used for communication purposes only.

How do we secure this information? All the data communication happening between your computer and our website is secured by standard SSL encryption. All the data that is stored in our systems, follows the standard industry practices of security and privacy.

Do we disclose this information to any third party? No, we don't. We never share any of the above mentioned information with any third party or business or organization, unless, it is required to do so as per the law.

As an Individual consumer | Read as Business owner

About the service: For an Individual consumer like you, the service is available in form of a Mobile or Web application that uses your current location to show you a list of nearby businesses that use for their customer queue management. The system shows you a real time information about the queuing situation at the business. Should you choose to join the queue remotely, you might be required to provide some information that will be used by the business to identify you as a customer and your customer service needs. Once you have a ticket, you will receive regular updates as and when the queue gets shorter. This helps you reach the service premises right before its your turn to be served.

Terms of service


This is an agreement between the Company and You, an individual consumer who uses this service to secure your place in a queue. If you choose not to agree with any of the terms of this agreement, you may not use the service.

  • The service requires a working Internet connection (WiFi or Data) on your phone or laptop. Hence, it is your responsibility to subscribe to a suitable data or internet plan and the company is not responsible for any bills related to internet usage.
  • The service requires access to your current location (GPS or Internet based) to show you the list of nearby businesses that use for customer queue management.
  • The service relies on the 'TimeZone' set in your smartphone to fetch the data from the server and might mis-behave if the 'TimeZone' is not set in accordance to your current location.
  • The service provides to you, a real time information about queue's status which can be utilized by you to plan your visit to the service premises. You can join the queue remotely using your phone which secures your position in the queue.
  • Once you hold a remote (or virtual) ticket to a queue for a specific business, you will receive PUSH (in case of a mobile app) or SMS notifications (in case the business has chosen to do so) to update you about the current queue situation.
  • It becomes your sole responsibility to utilize the updates sent to your mobile device and plan your presence at the business premises well in time so that you do not miss your turn.
  • As a company, we cannot be held liable or responsible for scenarios where you miss the PUSH notifications because of:
    • Poor or no internet connection.
    • Power saving mode that restricts internet access.
    • Low battery that restricts internet usage.
    • Low battery that causes the phone to switch off.
    • Smartphone in flight mode which disables internet usage.
    • app not having permissions to show notifications on your smartphone
  • As a company, we cannot be held liable or responsible for scenarios where you miss the SMS notifications because of:
    • Poor network connectivity.
    • Low battery that causes the phone to switch off.
    • Any other factor that affects or can affect the SMS delivery to your mobile phone.
  • As a company, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any scenarios which occur outside of our machinery or infrastructure and cause a delay or failure in delivery of notifications to your phone.
  • As a company, we cannot be held liable or responsible if:
    • You are not served by the business staff for whatsoever reasons.
    • You fail to turn up at the business premises for whatsoever reasons and hence, either miss your turn or are denied service by the business staff.
  • The company is not liable for any misuse of the service in any form whatsoever.
  • The company is not liable for any emotional, psychological, physical or financial mishaps related to using the product.
  • The tickets dispensed by the service must be shown at the service counter. In case of an unfortunate event of battery loss or change of mobile phone or any such event when the ticket cannot be shown, it becomes your responsibility to take a picture / screen-shot of the ticket to prove your ownership of the ticket.

Privacy policy


This policy applies solely to the information collected by this website in order to provide a seamless service to its users. As an individual consumer, whenever you use the service, the following information is collected or processed:

Your current location*: We use your current location in order to show you the list of nearby businesses that use for managing the queues at their premises.

Unique identity of your device*: In order to prevent the abuse of services and discourage same user to have multiple unserved tickets in the same queue, we identify your mobile device using the PUSH Notification ID of the installed application. This ID is provided by the native platform APIs for both, Android and iOS. In case you use a web-browser, a unique identity is calculated using your device's screen size (available via window.screen), browser's user agent (available via window.navigator.userAgent) and the list of plugins available on your browser (available via window.nagivator.plugins). In case it is not possible to identify you with any of the above mentioned methods, we use your Public IP address for identification. We do understand that this method is not so accurate and reliable in differentiating multiple users who might be connected to the same public router. Please note, all the data collected and/or processed for this purpose does not pose any threat to your own privacy and is not used to identify you personally in any form.

Your name, phone number or email address+: By default, all the tickets that are dispensed by our system or service are anonymous, however, in certain special circumstances, the business that manages the queue might need some of your personal information like your Name or Phone number or Email address in order to identify you as their customer. It is completely upto the business to decide what personal information is needed by them to identify you and we as a service provider have no influence on this decision. Any such information is collected by the service only on behalf of the business. In additional circumstances, should you choose to receive SMS Notifications, then your Phone number will also be collected by the system.

  • *: Information that is collected every time when you use the service.
  • +: Information that is collected on-demand when the business that owns the queue you want to secure a place in; wants to identify you as a customer

How do we secure this information? All the data communication happening between your computer or mobile phone and our website is secured by standard SSL encryption. All the data that is stored in our systems, follows the standard industry practices of security and privacy.

Do we disclose this information to any third party? No, we don't. We never share any of the above mentioned information with any third party or organization unless, it is required to do so as per the law. However, please be informed that in the cases when the business that hosts the service queue, requires you to identify yourself by providing your Name or Phone number or Email address, this data is visible to the operator or staff at that particular business. They can use this data to contact you or identify you in their system. Please also note, this data is retained in our systems as per our Data retention policy.

Do we use any cookies? No we don't.

Data collection policy: Under special circumstances and based on organization's policy or requirement, our service collects some of your personal information like your name, phone number or email address. All or some of this collected information is used by the business to identify you as their customer in their system. We, as a service provider have no influence on configuring which data to procure from the user. Please note:
  • No personal data is collected silently or without the consent of the consumer and at any time, they can choose to not enter any identifiable personal information. However, in this case, they will not be able to join or secure a place in the queue that needs any identification of this sort.
  • Any and all personal data that is collected by our service happens only when the consumer decides to join a queue or in other words, during the "Take ticket" process. No such data is collected at any other stage of the workflow.
Apart from any special circumstances mentioned above, we collect everytime you use the service, your Location and Unique identity of device.

Data retention policy: Any personal data that is collected by our system, during the "Take ticket" process, on-demand from the business that owns the service queue, is stored securely in our system and is protected by multiple layers of security. By default, all such data is retained in our system for the duration the business account is active. The businesses can also configure the maximum lifetime of such a data from the following options:
  • 12 months form ticket date
  • 06 months from ticket date
  • 03 months from ticket date
  • Let user delete their data after a feedback has been provided
Once a business withdraws from our services or their account ceases to exist or a lifetime of this data is reached, all the personal data that were a part of the ticket is wiped out from the system; however, the following data still remains:
  • Unique identity of your device
  • Ticket date
  • Ticket number
  • Time statistics for a ticket (Take ticket time, Service call time, Service finish time)

Data usage policy: Any personal data that is collected from the consumer on-demand from the businesses for service requirments during the "Take ticket process" is only visible to the consumer who took the ticket and to the business that has requested the data to be collected. This personal data is used by the business to identify the customer in their own system by using the name, phone number or email address as the search input for their own CRM systems. We do not use any of this data in any form other than displaying it to the business personnel in their control panel from where they manage the queues. The Location data is used to show list of nearby businesses using and is discarded after the list has been delivered to the consumer. The Unique identity of your device is used only for the purpose defined above and is not used to identify the consumer personally in any form. No data is used for any marketing, sales or promotional activities, however, contextual data for a ticket (excluding any personal data) can be used for statistical, research and marketing purposes. The data used for this purpose include (but are not limited to):
  • Total number of tickets taken in any duration (e.g. per day, per week)
  • Timed statistics for a ticket (i.e. data interpreted from take-tiket time, service call time, service finish time)
